Denis Paradis

Denis Paradis, PC is a politician and lawyer from the Canadian province of Quebec, and currently the Member of Parliament for BromeMissisquoi in the Canadian House of Commons. He previously represented the district from 1995 to 2006 and was a minister in the governments of Jean Chrtien and Paul Martin. Paradis is a member of the Liberal Party of Canada.

Paradis was born in SaintJeansurRichelieu, Quebec. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the University of Ottawa and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1976. In 1985, he coauthored the book, Rgles de procdure devant les tribunaux administratifs.
